HOLOCENE
Large scale collaborations with Scott McLean and Jarkko Cain of Holocene in Portland, Oregon. Holocene is a nightclub and event space built in a transformed ship building factory and has 30 foot vaulted ceilings and concrete flooring. Work includes two tiered curtains sets running the length of two walls, designed with free form appliques. 6 foot panels of 4mm thick wool felt are grommeted and layered behind the DJ booth, acting as a sound barrier. A 8' x 15' fabric wall hanging is a part of a semi-permanent art display.
